Intro
Through these abstract acrylic paintings (abstract paintings on wood or acrylic on canvas), I am unveiling a part of my imagination and of my soul.
When colours are appearing, sparkling on the canvas,
blending, overlapping, colliding,
shaking up;
they are like an indescribable explosion.
Sometimes I experiment, I test, without any specific wish.
Sometimes I follow a specific idea in mind and try to express it.
To create is to assume to live!
My canvas … my colours … my brushes ...
My heart is throbbing with happiness each time I meet them, excited like before a romantic date!
Sharing with sincerity, fragility and humility, part of the infinite power (energies) that moves us is one of the most exciting challenges.

About Me
Bénie
I have been painting for several years with acrylic paint and incorporating various mediums.
After a long break, I have taken my brushes back, together with all my « stuff » and tools.
Sometimes, I can combine paint with materials collage, depending on my mood, on my inspiration, and on the image that is looming in my mind or on the canvas, along my internal journey.
Sometimes, I have the vision of a quite clear image that I execute. It evolves along the creation process.
Sometimes, on the contrary, I let colours guide me, diving into a story that I invent. The path is as important as the destination!
Above all, I aspire to reawaken the sense of imagination of whomever is watching my creations.
The strongest feeling that I get experience through this art is definitely FREEDOM. A huge freedom to create, borderless, without conventions nor constraints, only the canvas and my freedom.
